Family in Crete to find missing son.(News)

RELATIVES of a British student who disappeared three weeks ago while on holiday on the Greek island of Crete have made an emotional appeal for help in finding him.

Steven Cook, 20, from Sandbach, Cheshire, vanished on the first night of his holiday in the resort of Malia.

Members of his family have flown to Crete to join local police in their search and have posted an appeal on the internet.

'Me and the family are desperately searching for any clue we can get as to Steven's whereabouts, his movements on the night and any little detail that can help us bring our brother and son home,' writes Chris, Steven's brother.

'If you have any information please let us know. Confidentiality is assured. We just want to bring our Stevie home.'
