GLCO SIGNS Equity/Merger Agreement for Partnership in Online E-Commerce and Interactive Customer Service.

OMAHA, Neb., June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Connections (OTC Bulletin Board: GLCO) (http://www.glco.com) has entered into an equity/merger agreement with Advanced Logic Systems, Inc., d.b.a. AskALBERT.com, to represent a conglomerate of Fortune 500 and leading companies in e-Commerce activity.

Ask.ALBERT.com (MICKLETON, NJ) is a vertically integrated destination web retailer that offers products, services, and information to consumers, businesses and schools worldwide. The company's Preferred Partner Network includes Bell Atlantic, Easter Seals, IBM, Ingram Books, Briggs Corporation, Microsoft, Southwest Wholesale Records and Tapes, Digital River, CRC Press, Visiting Nurses, DEI Office Supplies and United Floral Services. The company has obtained agreements to offer over one million products for sale over its web site.

The AskALBERT site (http://www.askalbert.com) is driven by its unique AskALBERT "Decision Support Software," versions of which are in use by Bell Atlantic and are marketed through its website as SuperCom and Profiler II.

The Decision Support Software is embodied in the service in three ways: the AskALBERT.com Concierge, an on-line shopping assistant that automatically recommends purchasing solutions based on shoppers' questions and demographics; the Natural Language Text (NLT) search engine, which mimics how shoppers naturally ask questions, responds accordingly, eliminates the need for key word searches, and positions AskALBERT.com to accept voice commands, and; SafeGuard, a technology that provides consumers with an automated assessment tool, matching their needs with products available.

"This new proprietary technology is extremely exciting for GLCO and will enhance both our existing e-Commerce sites as well as our customer service business to other Internet e-Commerce companies," said Steve Bowman, CEO of Global Connections. "Our current strategic alliance with Customer Access, Inc., combined with this state of the art software, will help our combined company achieve a goal of becoming the number one customer service company to the rapidly growing e-Commerce business."

Kaydon Stanzione, CEO of Advanced Logic Systems, said, "We are excited about our agreement with Global Connections and the exposure they make available through The Business Campus, Campus Commerce, Global VIP Club, IBSA and their other companies and affiliations as well as moving forward with our e-Commerce customer service business. In addition, our combined companies will strengthen our product offerings with the goal of total customer satisfaction on our existing e-Commerce sites. This relationship will be instrumental in reaching our goal of generating one billion dollars annually in revenue."

As part of the agreement, GLCO is responsible for providing marketing support and full interactive customer service support utilizing the AskALBERT Decision Support Software and other GLCO acquired technologies. Advanced Logic Systems is providing proprietary technologies, technology support, and e-Commerce fulfillment for use throughout GLCO's enterprise.

"AskALBERT.com and Advanced Logic Systems compliment everything we are doing at GLCO," said Global Connections' Bowman. "Its one million products enhance Campus Commerce (http://www.campuscommerce.com), The Global VIP Club (http://www.globalvip.com) and The Business Campus (http://www.thebusinesscampus.com) and our other merchandise outlets."

According to Bowman, "AskALBERT.com and Advanced Logic Systems provide terrific exposure for our agreements with GeneLink (http://www.bankdna.com), Optimal Health Systems (http://www.optimaldirect.com), First Harvest (http://www.firstharvest.com), Tutornet (http://www.tutornet.com), The National Resource Exchange (http://www.nationaltrading.com), CLIXHealth.com and Anti-Aging Institute (http://www.theanti-aginginstitute.com). It also provides consumer exposure for over two million insurance agent prospects for our Insurance Benefits Service Association (http://www.ibsassn.com)."

The combination of proprietary technology, intellectual property, customer service, product access and a multi-million dollar advertising commitment will allow both Global Connections and Advanced Logic Systems to horizontally and vertically integrate their businesses to the needs of both customers and clients alike, concluded Bowman.
