Fed: Child care flying squads now available, Newman

The federal government says parents in bush communities can now call on child care
flying squads for flexible child minding services and help direct to the family home.

Family and Community Services Minister JOCELYN NEWMAN says the service, flagged in
the federal budget, will provide more than 7,700 places over the next four years at a
cost of almost $50 million.
