NSW: 18yo charged over murder of man whose body found in car

SYDNEY, Dec 4 AAP - An 18-year-old man has been charged with robbing and then murdering
a man whose body was found in a car in Sydney.

The man's body, which had extensive head injuries, was found in a red Ford Laser sedan
in a carpark next to a playground at Wiley Park about 3pm (AEDT) yesterday. The man has
not been identified.

At dawn today, police searched a house at Belmore, arresting an 18-year-old man.

He was charged with murder and aggravated robbery.

Police said the man would appear in Burwood Local Court today.
